      If you have opened the software and your licence is not found, please select the relevant licence type from the list below, to help troubleshoot the problem. 

      1. Standalone licence
      2. Network licence
      3. Cloud licence
      4. Trial licence

      If you have a USB dongle plugged directly into your computer, you have a standalone licence. 

      If you don't have a dongle but think you should have access to a licence, it is a network or cloud licence. 

      If you have recently completed the trial request form on our website, you have a trial licence.

      If you have downloaded the software, but don't have a licence, please request a trial or contact us directly to discuss your licensing options.
