Trial licences

If on opening the software, you receive the pop-up No licence found, you can troubleshoot the problem to identify the issue: 

  1. Check you successfully activated your trial licence
  2. Did you activate the licence on the machine you're currently using? The trial is locked to a single machine.
  3. Check your trial licence is still valid as it's only enabled for 14-days from activation.
  4. If your trial licence is still valid, what software version are you using. Older versions of Flood Modeller do not work.

If you are still unable to open the software, please copy and paste %appdata%\Flood Modeller\logs into Windows File Explorer to locate your latest logfile, and email it to our support team.
