    Cloud licences

    Article summary

If on opening the software, you receive the pop-up No licence found, you can troubleshoot the problem to identify the issue:

    1. Ensure your machine is configured correctly to connect to the server.
    2. Are you connected to the company network if working remotely
    3. Has the server machine, that hosts the licences (if applicable), lost access to the internet
    4. Check whether your cloud licence has disconnected in Codemeter Control Center
    5. Are there sufficient licences? Licences are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Release a licence if required.
    6. Check your licence is up to date as your licence may be out of date for the version you are trying to open

If you are still unable to open the software, please copy and paste %appdata%\Flood Modeller\logs into Windows File Explorer to locate your latest logfile, and email it to our support team.
