    Network licences


    Article summary

    If on opening the software, you receive the pop-up No licence found, you can troubleshoot the problem to identify the issue: 

    1. Network licences are deployed using software locks. Check it is working correctly.
    2. Ensure your machine is configured correctly to connect to the server. This process is only required once but you may require IT assistance.
    3. Check your machine is connected to the network or that you VPN is working if you're working remotely.
    4. Are there sufficient licences? Licences are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Release a licence if required.
    5. Your licence may be out of date for the version of Flood Modeller you are trying to open, check your licence is up to date.

    If you are still unable to open the software, please copy and paste %appdata%\Flood Modeller\logs into Windows File Explorer to locate your latest logfile, and email it to our support team.
