Is my licence up to date

Your licence needs to be updated annually to ensure it continues to work and provides access to the latest version of the software.
If the software has recently stopped working, you can check whether your licence has expired by opening CodeMeter Control Center, selecting WebAdmin and reviewing the Valid Until date.
If the software was working as expected, but you have recently upgraded to the latest version of Flood Modeller and can no longer access the software, it's highly likely the licences maintenance period needs to be updated to reflect your ongoing contract.
You can check this by selecting one of the Product Codes (e.g. 91500) and reviewing the Maintenance Period date.
