To review licence usage, you need to work directly on the machine where the licences are hosted. Before you begin, it’s important to make sure that licence tracking is actually enabled; otherwise, no usage data will be available.
Start by opening the Windows Registry Editor as an Administrator and navigating to:
HKLM/SOFTWARE/WIBU-SYSTEMS/CodeMeter/Server/CurrentVersion/LogLicenseTracking
Check that the value is set to 1 (Decimal). If it isn’t, stop the CodeMeter service, update the value, and then restart the service. You can manage the service either through the CodeMeter Control Center (Process → Start/Stop/Restart CodeMeter Service) or via Windows Task Manager under Services (CodeMeter.exe).
-
Once that’s done, go to
“C:\ProgramData\CodeMeter\LicenseTracking”Make sure the folder exists and contains log files. If the folder isn’t there, licence tracking hasn’t been enabled properly. If it exists but is empty, it simply means no usage has been recorded yet. -
When everything is set up, open a browser and go to: http://localhost:22352/license_monitoring/license_tracking.html
If needed, you can also access this page from another machine by replacinglocalhostwith the hostname or IP address of the licence server. You should see a page similar to this:

-
From here, if multiple firm codes are available (for example 6001358, 101987, 5000219), select the one you’re interested in:

-
Next, choose the time period you want to review:

-
You’ll then see a list of products. Select the product you’re interested in and click "Create Report":

-
After generating the report, a graph will be displayed showing licence usage over time:

-
You can interact with this graph to explore the data in more detail. Clicking on a bar lets you drill down from day view into hour and then minute-level usage. To move back up a level, use the up arrow in the navigation section:

-
Depending on how the licences were used during the selected period, you may also see more detailed information in a table view. This can include things like how long a licence was checked out for, the client IP address, and the username (with or without domain):

Overall, this interface allows you to explore licence usage at different levels of detail and understand how licences are being consumed across users and time.
