If you using one of our legacy software locks and are concerned that it is not properly installed or active, try the following:
- Open CodeMeter Control Center
- In the License tab, in the pane on the left, you should see at least one entry like the one shown in below.
- If such an entry exists, please ensure that the status shown is License activated.
- If such an entry does not exist or the status does not show License activated, please contact support@floodmodeller.com.
