Three types of message may occur: - fatal error messages resulting in the termination of the run (SE1001 - SE1999); - warning messages that do not result in run termination but should be checked by the user (SW2001 -S W2999); - notes which assist in the interpretation of the model results (SN3001 - SN3999). These messages are listed below in numerical order; possible causes are given as well as, where appropriate, the remedial action that should be taken to attempt to cure the error. If you require further technical support, please contact the support team (support@floodmodeller.com). #### SE10 The general error message for this type of error is : **Error in user concentration file:** [name] **at line** [line] ### SE1000 Unidentified type of pollutant or keyword: Replace with a recognised pollutant or keyword. ### SE1001 Unidentified type of pollutant: type **Following SOURCE** Replace with a recognised pollutant. ### SE1002 Pollutants are not in correct order. **Following CTBDY.** List pollutants as at start of file. ### SE1003 Pollutants are not in correct order. **Following SOURCE.** List pollutants as at start of file. ### SE1004 Number of pollutant species given in line 4 does not equal the number of data sets. The number of pollutants is not constant throughout the model. ### SE1005 Non-conservative pollutant data error. Error in the data layout under a non-conservative pollutant. ### SE1006 SOURCE must be either ADDing or IMPosed. ADD and IMP are the only keywords allowed under SOURCE. ### SE1007 Concentration initial condition label does not correspond to hydrodynamic initial condition label. **concentration label :** label **hydrodynamic label :** label Labels are incorrect. Look at 1D Solver labels. ### SE1008 Data error. Check how data files are constructed ### SE1009 Could not open file. Does the file exist? ### SE1010 SOURCE data error. Error in data following keyword SOURCE. ### SE1011 Sediment data error. Data for the sediment module has not been specified correctly. --- #### SE11 The general error message for this type of error is : Error in user response file : [file] ### SE1100 Label in line 3 must have a maximum of 2 characters The file name for the formatted data output has this label as its first two characters. ### SE1101 Too many files specified for formatted data Too many data files needed for formatted data. ### SE1102 Too many nodes specified for formatted data Too many nodes have been specified ### SE1103 Not a response file. You need the keywords DATA FILE in line 1 of the comments. ### SE1104 Error in line. Check how data files are constructed. --- #### SE12 The general error message for this type of error is : Model too big! This can manifest itself in number of ways ### SE1200 Too many units specified. ### SE1201 Too many CTBDY specified. ### SE1202 Too many CTBDY data pairs specified. ### SE1203 Too many SOURCE specified. ### SE1204 Too many SOURCE data pairs specified. ### SE1205 Too many pollutant species specified. ### SE1206 Too many nodes required for zero flow conveyance to be specified. ### SE1207 Too many nodes required for zero flow areas to be specified. ### SE1208 Too many reaches specified. ### SE1209 Too many junctions specified. ### SE1210 Too many structures specified. ### SE1211 Too many Bernoulli loss units specified. ### SE1212 Too many memory units used - more than 1D Solver specified. ### SE1213 Too many nodes specified. This is due to the 1D Water Quality Solver having maximum settings. The maximum is given by the value [Max] and the specified number is given by the value [Specified]. With each of these errors, reduce the item mentioned and rerun. --- #### SE13 The general error message for this type of error is: Model instability error. ### SE1300 The solution has probably become unstable. The last concentration was value. Rerun 1D Water Quality Solver with a time step < time secs. Keep rerunning 1D Water Quality Solver with smaller time steps until you get a successful run. ### SE1301 Taucd is very small. Sediment data error. Rerun with a bigger value. ### SE1302 Rhobed is very small. Sediment data error. Rerun with a bigger value. --- #### SE14 The general error message for this type of error is: 1D Solver file error or 1D Water Quality Solver program error. ### SE1400 The new area calculated is negative!!! Report this error. ### SE1401 Error in [zznfile]. Check the 1D Solver files. Could mean you have not set the system dependent record length. Either a data error or the record length needs adjusting for you particular system (in readi.f). ### SE1402 End of record encountered in the label file. Check to see if the label file is empty. Try rerunning 1D Solver. ### SE1403 Error opening the 1D Solver file zzlfile Check to see if file exists. Otherwise you may not have read access or it could be a 1D Solver error. ### SE1404 Error opening the 1D Solver file zznfile Check to see if file exists. Otherwise you may not have read access or it may be a 1D Solver error. ### SE1405 Error opening the 1D Water Quality Solver output file zzcfile Check to see if file exists. You may not have write access. ### SE1406 Error opening the 1D Water Quality Solver output file zzxfile Check to see if file exists. You may not have write access. ### SE1407 Variable outside interpolation range. Not used. ### SE1408 Unit must be JUNCTION or BOUNDARY. Consult the 1D Solver manual on how to build models. See the 1D Solver manual. ### SE1409 Error reading zzs file at line line number ### SE1410 Premature end of data in zzs file at line ### SE1411 Error; time read from zzs file not equal to time at which run is required ### SE1412 Order of labels in zzs file does not correspond to that of hydraulic initial conditions ### SE1413 There are more nodes in the zzs file than are in the hydraulic initial conditions ### SE1414 Unable to locate *.zzs file; a steady hydraulic run MUST be performed before a direct steady 1D Water Quality Solver run can be done. ### SE1415 Node passed to routine is not upstream end of reach ### SE1416 Flow values in reach differ by >0.01 cumecs ### SE1417 Insufficient information to continue ### SE1418 Node does not feature in starting list ### SE1419 Unable to attain end of reach ### SE1420 Two junction/reservoir units are connected to each other This is not allowed. ### SE1421 Insufficient information to continue at node ### SE1422 Flow in does not equal flow out for unit attched to node ### SE1423 Maximum number of starting nodes exceed a number ### SE1424 Boundary connected directly to boundary ### SE1425 Maximum number of starting nodes exceeded ### SE1426 Error opening *.zzq file ### SE1427 Duplicate CTBDY data encountered in .con file ### SE1428 Maximum number of CONSERVATIVE pollutants A number exceeded ### SE1429 Not used ### SE1430 Error reading concentration data at line [line number] ### SE1431 Name of CONSERVATIVE pollutant has been used before Concentration data file error at line [line] number ### SE1432 Order of names for CONSERVATIVE pollutants Must be the same as in pollutant data section Concentration data file error at line [line number] ### SE1433 Closed flow loop encountered in network The direct steady method cannot cope with this yet failed with current top nodes as top node numbers ### SE1434 Direct steady solver data reading error: Node in starting array not done. ### SE1435 Direct steady solver data reading error: Number of pollutants not equal to number of CONSERVATIVE pollutants. ### SE1436 Direct steady solver daa reading error: There is a spill unit in the hydraulic datafile. This is not permitted ### SE1437 This unit type is incompatible with the 1D Water Quality unsteady solver **SEx ***** ERROR ******* **There is an error in the error control system.** **Error code is not a recognised 1D Water Quality Solver error code.** **Error code** errorcode Report error. All warnings begin with the sentence: ******* WARNING ***** SW2** number **in subroutine** name A list follows of all the warning messages and their descriptions. **SW2000 1D Water Quality Solver start time has been increased to that of 1D Solver's. Start time** time. 1D Water Quality Solver start time in user response file is smaller than 1D Solver's. **SW2001 1D Water Quality Solver end time has been set to that of 1D Solver. End time** time. 1D Water Quality Solver end time in user response file is equal to zero. **SW2002 1D Water Quality Solver end time has been reduced to that of 1D Solver's. End time** time. 1D Water Quality Solver end time in user response file is greater than 1D Solver's. **SW2003 1D Water Quality Solver time step has been reduced to that of 1D Solver's. Time step** step. 1D Water Quality Solver time step in user response file is greater than that of 1D Solver's. **SW2004 Courant number =** cr **> 1/3.** **Solution may be unstable.** **Reduce time step.** Instabilities may occur. If too many of these messages occur it may be best to rerun with a smaller time step. **SW2005 Diffusion stability parameter =** difpar **> 1/2.** **Solution may be unstable.** **Reduce time step.** Instabilities may occur. If too many of these messages occur it may be best to rerun with a smaller time step. **SW2006 Not enough sediment fall.** **Concentration outside limits of default function.** **SW2007 There is no drop in water level over structure at** structure. **Hence there is no additional reaeration here.** The structure does not have any effect on reaeration.
