In the Time Steps tab of the urban Model Settings window, you specify the timestep to be used in the simulation.
The Routing Step should be small (compared to the height of your conduits), especially if using Dynamic Wave routing. The timestep can be significantly larger if using Kinematic Wave routing, and is irrelevant if considering the time-invariant (Steady-state) solution.
