The TIN Creator tool within Flood Modeller is designed to generate and edit interpolated triangular network surfaces. These are then utilised within Flood Modeller to transform 1D hydraulic model results into 2D flood extent surfaces.
TIN Creator triangulates any complex surface containing polygons, holes, polylines (curves) and points. These input data must be in an ESRI shapefile format.
TIN Creator can be run from within Flood Modeller or can be run in isolation. It has no installation package just one executable file, so it can be run from any drive.
