Sediment Transport Datafile Format

Enabling the Sediment Transport module requires a 'filename.sed' file, referencing the general system parameters, boundary units and other data blocks.
The first data block in the mobile bed model datafile should be the general system parameters. These data are followed by boundary units and other data blocks in any order. The end of the datafile is denoted by the keyword 'END' on its own line. COMMENT units may be placed after the title line and before or after the other data blocks.
Blank lines may also be used to space out the file. They may be placed before the initial data block (which includes the title) or between the subsequent data blocks. Any line before or between the data blocks that starts with a blank character will be read as a blank line.
Variables must be written using a column width of 10 characters on each row of the datafile. So, for example, in a set of 3 numbers on a row, they should be placed starting at spaces 1, 11 and 21. Real numbers should not be given as integers and integers should not be given as real numbers.
Example data blocks from the file are included in this section. The file, 'EX6.sed', is included in the installation. Advice on setting many of the parameters listed in this section is provided in the last section of the manual.
