# Licence not found

If you have opened the software and your licence is not found, please select the relevant licence type from the list below, to help troubleshoot the problem.

If you have a USB dongle plugged directly into your computer, you have a standalone licence.

If you don't have a dongle but think you should have access to a licence, it is a network or cloud licence.

If you have recently completed the trial request form on our website, you have a trial licence.
