# How to view Junction node properties

Please note, this guide refers to the urban Junction node, however the same method applies for urban Outfall, Flow-Divider, Storage, Subcatchment and Rain Gage nodes.    

On the **1D Urban Build tab**, initially confirm you are in **1D Urban selection mode** by ensuring the toggle is coloured blue.

Click the node you would like to access in the **map** view or in the **1D Urban Network panel** to highlight it. There are a number of ways to then view the properties:
 
  * In the **map** view, double-click on the node icon

  * In the **map** view, right-click and select **1D Node Properties** from the menu

  * In the **1D Urban Network panel**, double-click on row containing the node

  * In the **1D Urban Network panel**, right-click and select **View/edit properties** from the menu

 
The node **Properties Window** will then open for editing. Remember to save any changes made.
