# Navigate interface

The Flood Modeller interface enables access to all functionality needed within your modelling projects. This comprises of tabs, panels, and the **Map** view.

The tabs are categorised by functionality type, with the **Home** tab, which is shown by default.

The **Project** panel and **Layers** panel are displayed on the left by default. The right-hand panel group can be navigated using the tabs along the bottom.

The **Map** view is displayed in the centre of the screen. Map tools are provided in the top left, or via the right-click menu.

Many areas of the interface contain right-click menus with functionality specific to the area.
