This tab will rarely need to be used, aside from for the **Variable Timesteps** checkbox, which is particularly important if integrating your urban network with river networks and/or 2D components. ![1DUrbanimagessettingsDWtab.PNG](https://cdn.document360.io/5074bc26-a9ef-4bf4-b1de-a5c6ce628aca/Images/Documentation/1DUrbanimagessettingsDWtab.PNG) The **Calculation Specifications** are specified here; a user can select a **Force Main Equation** from either the Hazen-Williams or Darcy-Weisbach formulae to compute friction losses for pressurised flow. We refer the reader to the section of the technical reference for further details. The **Variable Timesteps** checkbox will be checked by default. This needs to be unchecked if integrating your urban network with river networks and/or 2D components.
