If your cloud licence disconnects, open CodeMeter Control Center (on the server machine if the licence is hosted on one) and in the License tab, check that there is at least one entry like the one shown below.
If an entry exists, please check that the the CmCloud URL is https://wibu.cloud/74447 and the status is Connected.
If the status does not list Connected, please go to the Events tab in Codemeter Control Center and search for any of the following error messages.
CmCloud(Curl) : error code: 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate. If this message exists, you will likely need to add a whitelist for https://wibu.cloud/74447. The issue occurs due to a proxy or some firewall breaking open the encryption.
CmCloud(Curl): error code: 6: Could not resolve host: wibu.cloud. This suggests a firewall issue. Please consider whitelisting https://wibu.cloud/74447.
CmCloud(Curl) error code: 28. Please make sure that your CodeMeter User Runtime is 7.60 or later. You can download the latest version here.
If other error messages exist, please contact our support team.
Please note that the URL https://wibu.cloud/74447 is not accessible through a browser or postman. If you would like to test the connection, please open a Windows Command Prompt and run the following:
curl -X POST https://wibu.cloud/eval-26959
The expected return value is: CmCloud!
